Lodge Rates & Information
- The Lodge at Inspiration Inn Bloom is a beautiful new self-service venue for crafting. Up to 12 guests can enjoy a weekend of girls time and relaxation. You can make your own meals in our fully stocked kitchen or have us do the cooking for you. Meal arrangements must be made ahead.
- There are 4 bedrooms. One on the first main floor with 4 twin beds and one upstairs on the second floor with 4 twin beds that have their own bathrooms. There are also 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds each that have in room sinks and a shared hall bathroom on the second floor. The basement has a small supply room along with the spa room to get massages.
- Pricing is $1400 + taxes (3% lodging and 7% sales for a total of 10%) for up to 8 people for the weekend. Weekend is Friday at noon through Sunday at 4 PM. Each additional person (up to 12) is an additional $125 + taxes.
- For example- If 8 people stay for the weekend (Friday-Sunday) the cost is $192.50 per person. If 9 people- $186.39 pp. If 10 people- $181.50 If 11 people- $177.50 and if 12 people $174.17 pp. If you are adding on weekdays, the cost of each day is $450 and must be added on and divided by the total number of people. We are not able to calculate every scenario possible, so please choose a group leader good at math!
- Each additional day/weekday is $450 + 10% taxes per night. If staying individually, cost is $60 per person + 10% taxes.
- Meals and service is available at the Lodge for an additional fee of $100 per person. All guests at the Lodge would be included in the service. Please advise us as soon as possible if your group is opting for the meal service. An email is sent one month ahead to the group leader with this information. There is a minimum of 8 guests for meal service.
- There is a 2 night minimum for stays.
- One person should be the designated leader of the group who will be in contact with Inspiration Inn Bloom. Each leader will disseminate information to the group members including pricing, balances, room assignments and details of the weekend. Because final pricing is based on the total number of guests for the weekend, the group leader will finalize this number 2 weeks prior to the weekend and individual totals will be based on this number. Please contact your group leader for this information as Inspiration Inn Bloom does not know a final group count until the leader submits the final count. Please be kind to your leader!
- Final count is due 2 weeks prior to stay. Cropping area will be set up for the number of guests registered.
- Non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at time of booking.
- We can accommodate groups up to 12. Room assignments are decided by each group.
- On the Sunday of the week you check in, your group leader will receive a text to let us know the total number of spa services for your group including massage, facials, manis and pedis. Any cancellations after Friday at 6 pm will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
- The Lodge will be set up with tables and chairs for crafting for up to 12 people. There are 2 large couches for your relaxation. You are welcome to rearrange the living room furniture to accommodate your group needs. Please return it as you found it prior to departure.
- We regret we are not able to offer discounts or price reductions for late arrivals or early departures. We are not able to split weekends.
- Upon your departure, be sure to check for all your belongings including chargers, electronics, and pillows. We keep a lost and found basket for 6 months.
- There is a $10 minimum fee for returning personal items.
- A 3% convenience fee will be added to final payments made using a credit card and Paypal.
- Venmo payments can be made to Abby-LampHeckman (last 4 of phone x1237). If using Venmo a 3% charge will be applied if you choose goods and services.
- Check-in begins at noon on weekdays and 6 PM on Sunday.
- Check-out is at 10 AM on weekdays and 4 PM on Sunday.
- Please be mindful of check in and check out times as there is often another group coming in after your group checks out. In order to allow our housekeeping staff optimal time and space to get the house ready, we are not able to allow you to move your things in early. While we realize you are excited to get your weekend underway, we ask that you do not arrive prior to your scheduled check in time. Early arrivals and late departures will be charged $15 for every 15 min.
Payment Details
A credit card number is required to secure your reservation. When you book your reservation online, your credit card will be charged $500 for your deposit. If you prefer to pay your $500 deposit with a check or Venmo, please call to make your reservation. Your final balance is due two weeks prior to your stay. It can be paid by Venmo or a check. Cash and check are preferred methods of payment. A 3% convenience fee will be added to final payments made using a credit card, Paypal or Venmo Goods and Services.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Deposit is transferable to another weekend within 6 months of originally scheduled weekend as long as 30 days notice is given prior to the originally booked date. If fewer than 30 days notice for cancellation or no show, deposit is forfeited.
